Hi All.... If high court gave transfer case judgement in favor of wife can file review petition in same high court or file petition in supreme court what total expenditure and time of decision. Where complaint against judge for wrong decision.

If you want to transfer the case in the Jurisdiction of same High court, it will be better to file appeal Before Hon'ble Supreme court . If you want to transfer the case one state to other state, you can file directly in supreme court . The expenses of litigation depends on various factors.time period for whole process will take 2 to 3 months
