I've registered a case against my society and haven't paid my maintenance from 8 to 9 month and now they are saying if you don't pay maintenance then we can cut your water supply and you have to pay fine
Dear sir, they can not curtail you basic necessities. you may get injunction order from civil court as they are suppose to file a civil suit for recovery of arrears
