Hi. I am priya from an apt in bangalore. Our association is registered and I have a querie
1. During our AGM, lavish lunch or breakfast is provided to all the owners and tenants and the money is used from the maintenance fund.
2. Now recently an owner has raised an objection citing that this is illegal as maintenance is not meant for all this and neither is it specified in the by laws of the association and needs to be stopped.
