I want to know that if it is legal in India to record a video of a minor boy and girl together on a public road

In public place you can record any incidents of any persons subject to that their privacy is not at stake.....or the privacy is not hampered...
Dear Sir, You must be a close relative or well wisher of one the minor. Such recording should not be used for blackmailing them.
